Osun Amotekun Apprehends Suspected Kidnapper in Osogbo

A young man, Ridwan Kasali, has been apprehended by the Osun Amotekun Corps personnel on suspicion of kidnapping and has been handed over to DSS.


As he was wandering around Zone 6, in the Capital, Osogbo, his neighbors suspected him and asked him what he had lost while wandering around, when he did not find any real words to say. the Leopards against him.


Amitolu Shittu, the field commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, confirmed the incident, saying in an investigation that Ridwan had confessed to abducting five children from Osogbo to Ibadan.


Shittu further said that the suspects were handed over to DSS department which is investigating the crime.



According to him, “He was arrested by neighbors who suspected him, and we were called there. He later confessed to abducting five children in Osogbo and transporting them to Ibadan where they were killed.


"He told us he was from an area in Ibadan and used to kidnap children in Osogbo." Amitolu Shittu said.
