On behalf of the Akol Media Team, we stand in solidarity with Dr. Siji Akanmu Olamiju (AKOL) as he commemorates the 23rd anniversary of his late father's passing, Chief Alfa Tiamiyu Adedayo Ojo Olamiju.


Twenty-three years have passed since you left us, Baba. Yet, the memories of your love, guidance, and impact remain fresh in our hearts. You were an exemplary father, ensuring your children's education and success despite not having much financial wherewithal nor privilege of formal education yourself. Your dedication to subsistent farming  and Bricklaying vocation earned your accomplishments in the field are a testament to your unwavering hard work and perseverance.


Your legacy lives on through the lessons you instilled in your children, and we will continue to celebrate your life and cherish the time we had with you. May your soul continue to rest in peace, and may we meet again in the afterlife, never to part again. Sun Re Oooo.
